• The desirous candidates may apply either manually on the Admission Form available in the Prospectus or via online through the Institute web-portal.
• The manual admission form (after due completion) or hardcopy of online admission form (duly signed by the concerned) must be submitted in the Institute office within the prescribed schedule along with all requisite documents and processing fee etc. either by hand or through courier service.
• The incomplete Applications or received after due date will not be entertained.

Note: Admission criteria and all rules and regulations prescribed by HEC and relevant councils (PCP, PN&MC and PBC) shall be strictly followed.
